During the Warranty Term, Brake and Tire Check will provide a Brake and Tire Check customer (“Customer”) free flat tire repair for each tire purchased from Brake and Tire Check with a Tire Road Hazard Warranty (“Road Hazard Warranty”). Flat tire repair is limited to the tread area only and Brake and Tire Check does not repair a tire if the injury extends into the shoulder or sidewall area, and in this situation the tire must be replaced. If a tire cannot be repaired, we will replace the tire, up to the original purchase price, if the following conditions are met:
1. The Tire has 3/32” of tread depth at the lowest point
2. The Tire is within three (3) years of age
Customer is responsible for maintaining copies of Customer’s receipts of purchase from Brake and Tire Check of tires and the Road Hazard Warranty. Customer may receive up to one (1) tire replacement for each tire covered by the Road Hazard Warranty subject to the terms below and will be responsible for any costs to mount and balance the replacement tire. Customer may purchase a new Road Hazard Warranty for each new or replaced tire. The Road Hazard Warranty is non-transferable. A link to the Road Hazard Warranty will be on the purchase receipt and can also be found on our website at brakecheck.com/tire-warranties.
The Road Hazard Warranty lasts up to 3/32” of tread depth at the lowest point or three (3) years of age from the date the tire is originally purchased from Brake and Tire Check, whichever occurs first (“Warranty Term”). There is no prorating based on mileage.
The Warranty Terms outlined herein are subject to change at the discretion of Brake and Tire Check. Such changes will be communicated on the website and will become effective the date of posting unless otherwise stated.
Any Brake and Tire Check location will repair a Customer’s tire in need of repair or replacement, up to the original purchase price, that is covered by the Road Hazard Warranty.
If a Customer is unable to make it to a Brake and Tire Check location and needs to have a tire repaired that is covered by the Road Hazard Warranty, please contact customer service on business days during the hours of 7:30 am – 6:00 pm (CST) at (210) 483-4108 so that Brake and Tire Check can arrange for roadside assistance or a tow to the nearest location as necessary. Brake and Tire Check will cover up to $75 of the cost of the tow if needed.
If a Customer needs to have a tire covered by the Road Hazard Warranty repaired outside of the business hours of 7:30 am – 6:00 pm (CST), then Brake and Tire Check will reimburse the Customer up to $75 to have the vehicle towed to a tire repair location and will reimburse the Customer up to the original purchase price of the tire from Brake and Tire Check to have the tire repaired. The Customer must ensure that the tire repair provider confirms in writing on the tire repair receipt that the tire has a tread depth of at least 3/32” and not repairable in order to be eligible for reimbursement of the tow and tire repair. The tire repair receipt can be emailed to customerservice@brakecheck.com to be reviewed for reimbursement.
