Returns
Payment for tires is collected at the time the order is placed, typically the same day or one day prior to installation.
Once tires have been installed or driven on, they are not eligible for return or refund, but we'll do our best to make it right.
If an order is canceled before installation, full refunds will be issued using the original method of payment. Partial refunds will be issued by check.
Exchanges
Exchanges may be considered before installation only and are subject to tire condition, availability, and any price difference.
If you choose to exchange a product for another, you will be charged for the new item and credited for the return according to the approved refund method.
Road Hazard Protection
Road Hazard Protection is optional and must be purchased at the time of tire purchase.
Coverage applies after installation and is subject to the terms of the Road Hazard agreement.
Road Hazard coverage does not change or extend the tire return policy.
Refunds
Eligible refunds are issued by check, or to the original form of payment for full refunds only. Please allow 5-7 business days for processing.
A receipt or invoice is required.
Tire Warranties
After installation, tires are covered by the manufacturer's warranty.
Warranty and Road Hazard claims are handled according to their respective terms.
